Bodycote Exova, located in Toulouse area, has been officially renamed EXOVA, name which also applied to former Bodycote Testing Group following its acquisition by CD&R.

NEW CEO APPOINTED AS CD&R FINALISES BODYCOTE TESTING PURCHASE
Clayton, Dubilier and Rice, (CD&R) a global private equity firm with a strategy of building and growing the businesses in which it invests, has today (17 October 2008) finalised the purchase of the Bodycote Testing Group from Bodycote plc, and appointed Grant Rumbles as Chief Executive Officer.
