Dear Sir, Madam,
We thank you for your participation and for confidence that you testify to us by calling regularly upon our services.
Your answers enabled us to fix two axes of priority improvements:
- The respect of the delivery time,
- communication with the customer on the advance of the jobs.
To correct this drift, we decided to invest :
- in human ressources: hiring of 10 new collaborators,
- in equipement :
- purchase of 10 new hydraulic machines for tests LCF,
- a NC center 5 axes milling,
- a NC center turning,
- a NC center EDN.
We invested also in CAM and CAPM software and redesigned the whole of our manufacturing ranges in order to improve our reactivity, traceability and communication with our customers.
We think of setting up a “space reserved” on our Internet site to consult the progress report of a job.
