All participants shall submit communications concerning this PTP Program onto the Message Board located within each participant area. The Message Board is designed for participants to post any questions, issues and other concerns/comments, including financial matters, related to your involvement in the PTP Program where it will be addressed and  a response provided to you.

The message board may also be used for participants to appeal any decision regarding the evaluation of their performance or to log any complaints.

Any appeals or complaints received will be fully investigated and a response provided to the sender.
